"I don't do negative reviews very often, but you have a real jerk working at your location now (3/4/24 at 9:49 am). I stopped to make a donation, but he had pylons set up, so I couldn't use the drive-thru. No worries, I parked my car and brought the donation to him instead. He proceeded to get in my face, because this was a drive-thru location. I pointed at the pylons and he continued to rant about this being a drive-thru location. He was abusive, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. I told him to cool it, turned and left. This guy is trouble. He's an awful face for a charitable operation. And sooner or later, his anger is going to get someone hurt."

"I have been ignoring the horrible vibe here for a couple of years but today I have finally had it and will not be back to donate. I followed all the instructions so I wouldn’t get yelled at while pulling into the garage and turning off the engine. I rolled down the window with my bag of donations out to hand him. I then got the two hands in the air “what the he_ _ are you doing where is your stuff” gesture from the angry worker. He laughed as he gave me a receipt. Do better. I wont be back as I don’t like to be yelled at as I give away donations that support angry people’s employment."

"I was super excited to learn this Goodwill location is one of the Boutiques, especially in JOCO lol but there isn’t much to be excited about. Maybe I have a skewed version of what “high-end” or “designer” means but most of this ish you can get brand new at TJ Maxx or Marshalls. Staff is very sweet though and it’s very clean and cute inside."

"It was super clean and aesthetically pleasing, but for something that claimed to be boutique, there were tons of low end brands (target, forever21) priced the same high prices. Nothing less than $12. The men’s jeans were all tagged the wrong sizes as well. Not impressed."
