"Rude lady at front desk. Awful. Told me I used both of my cleanings when I didn't. Kept saying I did. I know I didn't. I asked her to clarify and with her attitude she told me she could transfer me. I just asked her to clarify because she kept saying I had both of my cleaning done. That was not true. I called my original dentist and they said I didn't. I only booked with these people because every where else was booked. I didn't know they weren't a part of lincoln even though they are the first ones on williamsburg website. I was treated poorly. I needed an appointment because everyone was booked up and they claim they don't use the same membership as lincoln so they shouldn't even be on the same website"
