"Came for the tapping of Summer Shandy and it did not dissapoint. Ordered a 32oz Summer shandy. Then found out they were giving out free Dixie cups of Summer shandy until they ran out. I had my fair share. Great environment and the outside patio was very pleasant on this beautiful day."
"Nice place for drinks and sandwiches. Good for a night out with friends. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Buttermilk marinated chicken breast, house made Buffalo sauce, brioche bun, blue cheese dressing, shredded lettuce, tomato Please follow me on Instagram @tryatreat"
"The brisket quesadilla was pretty good! It was crazy packed because of the Metallica concert tonight so service was kinda slow. That being said the food was good. I would recommend checking it out."
"Leinenkugel Surprised Me with a Good, Solid Meal and Fun Experience. Kansas City’s Power and Light District is still a work-in-progress, with bars/restaurants coming and going and opportunities to insert really neat experiences. Leinenkugel's has some table-top games, along with a small area with giant-Jenga and other things to play. The service from the wait-staff and management was great—very attentive and always checking up on whether we needed anything. I ordered the Buffalo Blue Burger ($11), which has lettuce, a blue cheese spread, and crispy onion strings, smothered with Frank’s Red Hot, and served with their house fries. I asked to cook it medium and they nailed it—something many places fail to do and end up overcooking. They also added the right amount of onion strings, which didn’t make the burger impossible to hold and keep together. The flavors, from all the ingredients, made this a deliciously great burger. My date ordered the Leinie’s Fish Tacos ($9), which were three mini-flour tortillas, crispy beer-battered cod, cotija cheese, pickled onions, avocado, shaved cabbage, served with a lime aioli and house salsa. She said they were good tacos, but quipped the fish was reminiscent of what you could get at Costco. Depending on your hunger level, you should consider ordering a side with the tacos. Overall, it was a good, solid experience. All of their inside seating are at high-tops and most of their seats/benches do not have backs, so it may prove challenging to those who need back support through a meal. They also have a nice outside dining area. Again, I wish we can rate on half-star because I would give this a 3.5, but this time I will round down to a 3."
