"Manager was rude. She had an attitude from the moment she spoke to me and didn’t allow me to return the pillow I bought a day ago. From the moment I walked in there, she was trying to find ways not to return, because she’s lazy. We truck drivers sacrifice a lot not to be treated like this. She should be fired."

"DOG PARK REVIEW ONLY - Just stopped here mostly for the dog park and it was nicely fenced in with a large dog and small dog area. It’s hard to notice - follow the sign for Trucks and it’s on the left hand side. We parked on the right side out of the way of the semis and walked across the crosswalk. We did use the restroom and was average. Not the best but it’s a truck stop so i don’t have huge expectations."

"lady in the shower department was being very rude to customers and a male staff. Very unprofessional Should learn to appreciate she has a job because of customer she gets a paycheck to pay her bills and bring food to her table if not store will be closed. If she cannot deal with customer service, she sent the wrong field. Also need to learn how to work as a team. Been to so many loves, and most of them are very welcoming and nice. No need to have attitude if you don’t know how what other people might be going through. Instead learn how to smile walk customers work as a team And learn how to have a better day no need to be so negative in your life."

"Wouldn't swap a pair of bad gloves and got an attitude. When customers are upset. Help. Don't get defensive. Wouldn't accept the digital receipt that I've always used at every store."

"Not a bad travel stop. It’s a smaller love’s but they are fully stopped with food and drinks. Customer service was ok not terrible. Women’s bathroom was clean."
