"You would think buying shoes from a higher end store like Johnston and Murphy would come with a-little extra care and attention to detail. But you’d be wrong, ordering was easy enough online and I was pleased to see how quickly they shipped. I received them today and found out why they arrived so quickly. They came from a store in the Overland Park Mall. The pictures don’t really do the condition of the shoes any justice. But essentially I received a pair of shoes that looked like they’d been taken out of someone’s closet, fully laced, creased and scuffed up, I called to see if I could exchange them for an actual new pair. And of course confirmed my suspicion that these were a retuned pair or something since I was told that was the last pair they had. So instead of a new pair of shoes, I get to wait for who knows how long for a replacement pair to be shipped, and as an added bonus I get to go to a fedex store to repackage send these worn shoes back to them. Save your money and your sanity, find another option. - shoeless in gardner"
