"Absolutely L♡VE THIS STORE. Everyone is on their game. They keep it clean and stocked. The employees are always extremely helpful and polite. Still can't take place of my N. Brighton employees, but they're a close 2nd. Dollar trees craft section is on point! Great selection great products."
"The most organized and attentive staffed Dollar Tree in the Kansas City Northland."
"Okay, so generally, I like this location. I like how close it is to my house, and the store is pretty organized. I can't stand random boxes on the sales floor which happens here, and with the boxes being in the way there's no way to get around people, you just have to wait or kindly ask for them to move. Secondly, I came on a night (a Saturday) that this store decided to close and lock their doors HOURS before they were supposed to be closed. I wouldn't have minded this had their been a sign in the front saying they closed early for the night. No other explanation was needed. However, all the lights were on, doors locked, no sign, and 3 employee cars in the back of the store. That alone made me not like the store much since they obviously couldn't care less about their customer base. The kicker is the fact that it's December... freaking Christmas time. At 6:42p, what if that was the only time I had that day to get to the store? And that day was like that. I haven't gone back after 5p now because I don't want to be locked out when I might need something. I'm currently prepping for a road trip and needed a few things for my family and snacks for myself because I'm pregnant and have gestational diabetes so I can't eat certain foods. Pretty distasteful of the employees for lack of communication. I sat in the parking lot and took photos of the door with hour signage. Personally, I used to work retail and have a higher standard that I want to see at stores when they do stuff like this."
