"Nothing to write home about. Customer service was not good. No one in line at the check out, so I walked up to the cashier, she made me go back and walk through the pathway. Nothing stands out. Great place for crafts, but the Yarn choices are few and far between. I don't shop here very often, and now I remember why. I shop here only when I am looking for something I can't find at Walmart."

"This store had AMAZING customer service. The store manager made an exception for me when it came to a gift for my mom. It really made my holiday season. The store was also SO clean and had great selections of product."

"Michael's is a great place to shop for art supplies. They have great deals on canvas and paints. I like that they have different grades of supplies so I can get my children cheaper items while they are learning and finer items when they get more advanced."

"Ok so lets start off all the ladies were very nice both to me and my wife. We were looking for some very specific paint. Wife found what she needed, but there was a lack of information on my paint. At the checkout line, I asked if we could see a very small sample of the color via test a shorter guy with long hair just seemed very snobby or empowering by telling me "Nooooooooooo," I wasn't for sure, so just shrugged the sholders and put back all the paint i had picked out since i now had to go to another store just to get confirmation before spending hard to earn money that seemingly buys me less and less each day. My wife noticed it too and bugged me about writing a review. Hardware stores had better options & service."
