When I went in the employees were too busy on their phones to help and when I asked…instead of them asking me if they could help me…she said what we have is out…not even willing to to check. My children's favorite part about this store??? The employees will lace the shoes however you would like them to. If they don't know how to do a certain pattern, they'll quickly research and get it done within minutes. All around positive experiences here year after year."
