"I understand staffing can be an issue, but 2 humans for the whole store?! And no hours posted. I can use a QR code, but I would much rather know at a glance. They have to close for lunch and there is only one person on the weekend. Get it together and hire people. Oh, and the phone number doesn't even call the store it call Springfield. Not helpful at all. I feel for those 2 employees having to carry all that. Update...manager currently trying napping in car outside. Super professional....."

"Slow. One person working. We were there for almost 45 minutes and did not get the phone i was there for. Person working spent most of the time silent on the computer or phone. When all said and done the promotion explained to me over the phone before i ever got there was not the same as what he was trying to sell me. Poor communication, poor service. Verizon has been my carrier for over ten years and I like Verizon but this store is a joke."

"I was having trouble making and receiving calls on my phone so I went here for help. I was thankful I didn't have to drive to Joplin. I had fought with that phone for days and got no where. The lady that helped me was so nice and very quickly fixed my phone by resetting something. She knew what she was doing! 5 Stars! Thank you Russell Cellular!"
