"Very friendly and super knowledgeable. I was hit by a semi and had to get my device reinstalled on a news vehicle and the man at this office was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Would be 5 stars, but my check engine light came on immediately after install and it’s a brand new car. Will need to check back in with this location when they open tomorrow."

"Update: 12/8/19 This place is faster than any other Smart Start in the area! You get to stay in the car during the calibration, hand the blower, card and the cord and they'll get it done! They don't take cash anymore but I'm fine with that. Damien and Brandon are very honest with everything and try to help with any issues. My clip on my cord broke, they replaced it for free, within 5mins. Amazing crew and location, their parking lot is so much better than their previous place. Also they have free coffee and some healthy snacks. This place is so much nicer than any other interlock company. My former provider had to mail my stuff in, these guys have the equipment on site to fix whatever needs to be done. Overall just an amazing experience."
