"Showed up after making an order and was told by the manager that they gave it to someone else. I said they need to remake the order then. They then told me that they would not remake or refund a stolen order, and that I needed to get out of their store. They didn't even bother checking the 9 to go order bags that were directly behind them to see if it was even there. These folks will lie to you and steal from you. After seeing many reviews about the absolute abysmal customer service others have gotten... it is clear that this establishment needs to either be closed down or they need to clean house and get new owners and management."

"They should fire the GM and replace the staff. It smells like weed all the time in there, all staff are high on the job. Orders take FOREVER and its only this location. I will be contacting HQ. Disrespectful to Dashers trying to provide services for THEIR customers. They are rude, disgusting behavior. This location either needs new staff or to be shut down!"

"The worst Wing Stop award goes to S. Grand Blvd. Saint Louis. I literally had 3 door dashers patiently wait and left with nothing. I just don’t understand why a place like this can even last long. I will be ordering from places with better quality. But most of all better service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I promise your money is better off elsewhere."

"They have for dash drivers wait 40 minutes for three orders of wings and one order of fries. While they are steady handing out smaller orders to people that haven't been waiting. Then the employees want to act like waiting 40 for food is perfectly acceptable for doordash drivers."

"Order delivery and it wasn’t that bad. It took about an hour all together for food to cook and delivery. My wings were hot and fresh but my fries were not. Diver was nice and friendly. Prices seem to always be rising but they still have good quality food if cooked fresh"
