"I’ve heard great things about this restaurant and agree that the food is good quality for the price. I ordered the catfish filet and it was fresh and delicious. However, I rate it 3 stars because they seemed to have lost my order and kept adding more time for when my food would be ready. I ordered over the phone and was told that the food would be ready in 15min. Once I got there, they didn’t seem to remember my order and then said it would be 15 more minutes. Then after returning yet again, I was told it would be another 7 minutes. I noticed that that’s what they tell all customers. The girls who took my order were friendly, but it took over 40 minutes to receive my food. I caution people who looking to order from here and are on a time crunch because their estimate of when the food would be ready is inaccurate, in my experience."

"First Stop Grill is one of the BEST food spots in the city, and I mean it. I've had their chicken, fish, burgers, mozzarella sticks, and none of them disappoint at all. Every meal is very filling, and it's absolutely worth the price, you get more portions here for less compared to other food spots here. Staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the food is always fresh, as you can hear the cooking in the back. And for every main course you order, you get a free can of soda. And note: this place is not a dine-in area. It is strictly take out."

"This is not a dine in restaurant! With that being said, you need to try this place if you're in the area. The other reviews are correct that the service is friendly and fast. Large menu with lots of options. The cheeseburger was fantastic, and the hot honey chicken wings were amazing. The fries were well seasoned and crispy. I loved how well packaged everything was in the to go container. Plenty of hot sauce, napkins, and utensils were provided in the bag as well."
