Reviews of Grace Meat + Three
"Rating: ⭐⭐ I recently visited Grace Meat + Three with high hopes of enjoying a satisfying meal in a pleasant atmosphere. However, my experience fell short of expectations due to several significant drawbacks. Firstly, I must admit that the restaurant's atmosphere was indeed commendable. The interior design and ambiance were inviting, creating a cozy and warm environment for diners. The decor was tastefully done, reflecting a charming Southern flair. Kudos to the restaurant for creating a visually appealing space. Unfortunately, the positive aspects end there. I was left disappointed by the lackluster food offerings. The menu boasted an array of enticing options, but the execution fell short of the mark. The dishes I ordered lacked the flavor and finesse I had anticipated. The ingredients seemed mediocre, and the overall taste was underwhelming. Considering the restaurant's reputation, I expected a much more satisfying culinary experience. Additionally, the lack of seating space was a major inconvenience. The limited seating arrangements made it challenging to find a comfortable spot to enjoy my meal. The tables were placed too close together, which resulted in a cramped and claustrophobic environment. It felt as if the restaurant prioritized cramming in as many customers as possible, sacrificing the comfort of its patrons in the process. In conclusion, while the atmosphere at Grace Meat + Three was undeniably pleasant and visually appealing, the overall experience left much to be desired. The disappointing quality of the food and the inadequacy of seating arrangements greatly impacted my visit. I hope the restaurant takes these concerns into account and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the dining experience for future patrons."
"You have to eat here!!! The chicken sandwich, salad and squash was so delicious!! I don’t think I’ve ever had squash that taste so good! I’m definitely going back for the squash! The salad was so good and the chicken sandwich was yummy! Easy, 10/10!"
"The atmosphere was nice. We both got the catfish. I enjoyed the garlic mash, but it didn't have enough gravy. My husband had the 3 piece of catfish with fries, greens and Mac and cheese. He ask for the hot catfish I had original. Hos wasn't hot and they forgot the Mac and cheese. I enjoyed the meal but the catfish was small strips. I thought for the price that it would be a fillet. The best part was the gooey butter cake milkshake. Next time I'll try the chicken."
"I’ve been to over 300 chicken-centric establishments all over the country because I LOVE chicken. Going to new places and trying their various renditions is one of my most beloved hobbies. Grace Meat + Three is the purveyor of my all time favorite when it comes to American, southern style, fried chicken. I always get spicy or extra spicy depending on how frisky I’m feeling that day. Their spicy version is a play on Nashville style hot chicken. An expertly cooked, juicy, thinly battered piece of bone-in chicken enrobed in a spicy oil after frying. This combo is truly mouthwatering. Southern used to be my all time favorite but ever since the pandemic they just haven’t been the same. I know both locations were opened by the same people but for some reason Grace is the major leagues while Southern has fallen to the ranks of semi-pro. This is where I go when I don’t want to roll the dice on whether or not I’ll be satisfied. This place bats a thousand. I’ve been going for years and it never fails to wow me. 9.4/10 clucks. A must try."
"I ordered the 3 piece Catfish Meal with some greens and a slice of honey glazed cornbread. Everything was good except for the cornbread. It did not taste as if it were cooked all the way. Besides that, it was a cool atmosphere. Very laid back and chill vibe from everyone involved. I will definitely come back to try their turkey legs. At the time that we were there, they were not offering it because it was a few hours before 4 pm. Also that hot sauce is not for the faint of heart. Dip before your pour to make sure you can handle that heat."
