"Terrible The long line and wait are unfortunate, but the bathroom cleanliness is even more disappointing. they are only 2 workers the drive thru was worse"

"They were rude and ignored me as the only customer in their lobby last time I walked in to try to order around 3 in the evening. Then I just ordered on the app a spicy chicken sandwich combo without tomato pickles onion lettuce and they put tomatoes on it. I also ordered chili cheese fries and they sent some old hard fries without chili or cheese on them. And I ALSO ordered a LARGE VANILLA FROSTY THAT I NEVER GOT. And when I called to ask about the order I was completely ignored."

"Nicholas was my cashier and he was super efficient and friendly! He rang up the family nuggets for me and my fries and because he said it would take a while to make my buggies fresh, he gave me a free drink! But, it didn’t even take that long because the team in the back was so speedy cooking. I am very happy with my meal and the clean atmosphere. Nicholas and the team working this evening should all get a raise!"

"I was met with impatience, attitude and a lack of forgiveness when I was ordering through the drive through. She could hear me correctly as first but after becoming impatient when I said the order was wrong she snapped at me and kept saying she couldn’t hear me and wouldn’t fix the mistake she made. She threw her headset onto another employee in a huff of attitude, who hurriedly asked what I wanted and could hear me clearly but would not fix the mistake on the screen and I wasn’t able to order due to their impatience and incompetence. I am always very polite and respectful to with fast food workers and this was no exception, however I was met with rudeness and an inability to correctly take my order without being snapped on. These workers act like teenagers who don’t care at all and would rather you drive away."

"Omg they way these machines looked ion think I ever want a lemonade from this location or any location without going in to see if they even attempted to clean that Machine do y’all even care y’all will serve anything then y’all bring y’all kids to work the grandmother is the manager the daughter is a worker and brought all the kids to work in the lobby I mean but can y’all clean these machines somebody need to call the health dept on this location for sure"
