"I was leary about trying Kay's out because it was almost lunch time. I took a chance and I'm so happy I did! I got the Lobster fried rice and garlic parm wings and fries. It was delicious! The rice was moist (the Lobster was a lil over cooked) but it was still good. The wings and fries were yummy! There was no wait when I arrived. Customer service was great, I waited maybe 25 minutes. It was worth the wait really happy I stopped by!"

"This was a first and last time. We called before going to place a order because we live 25 minutes away. We were told that we couldn't place an order over the phone and needed to come in. So we drove there and once there we were told there was an 1 1/2 hour wait on food. We decided to place and leave. This was such an inconvenience but I wanted to see what the hype was about and there was no offer to compensate us for this inconvenience . Almost three hours later we get our food and I was not impressed. I ordered the jerk chicken egg rolls and it tastes like it had nutmeg and it was really oily. The pasta was also very oily."

"it you don't live around the corner it's tuff yes. Kay's process is chaotic. they're too busy to take your call. if you're lucky enough to get an answer, they'll tell you to place your order when you arrive. once you arrive they tell you there's an hour and a half wait. if you don't live around the corner that's very inconvenient. I live 25 minutes away so that's the 2-hour commitment plus gas. if you choose not to wait in the very spacious eating area. it's a food court so it well lit and comfortable. no matter how good the food is AND "it was very tasty" BUT it's not worth a two hour commitment. i had to reheat the food when i got home. she needs help managing her business because it has to expand if she wants to survive."
