"Called to confirm they had a product before driving up. Spoke to Charlie who put me on hold and said they had it. Get to the store and the kid helping me get the product out of the cooler gets interrupted by another customer. Kid stops helping me to help the guy that interrupted him unlocking the cooler which is rude. Kid gave me the wrong product. Call and talk to charlie again who says come on back. Charlie and a female employee dig through the cooler before the gal tells me how it’s frustrating that another employee messed up the inventory (not the customer’s problem). So i wasted two hours of my saturday on their incompetence for the woman to try to complain to me about her employees. In response to your response: what part of my review did you not understand. Three of your employees were rude and unhelpful and all I got was a sorry. Why would I ever shop in your store again? My intention was to buy other products as well but I will never need your help looking for products again."

"I don't live anywhere near the place but I make the trip anyway on the regular. Great spot for pets, bought a fire pit and there's just certain things they have great deals on here that you can't get anywhere else. Negative on the dog food is they won't return opened bags like a pet store would if your dog has a negative reaction to the food. So make sure it's a brand your pet is already good with."

"I get my dogs food here and sometimes bring him with me. I love the store but more importantly my dog loves going in and getting attention and treats from the staff. Amazing service and great selection of all animal supplies."

"We are so happy to have a TSC in our area! Cute country decor here especially during the holidays, good tool and bird house so I, vet walk in's one day a week. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the dog food department. We have a hard time finding the same bags of food consistently. Having to rotate dog food brands had not been great for our girl, but we do appreciate the several high protein/calorie food they do carry. Great store with sweet, helpful associates."
