Auntie Anne's- Lambert International Airport

"The absolute worst. Been here 4 times and all 4 times they have been out of literally everything and everyone has an awful attitude. It's almost mind blowing how bad they are. I just checked their reviews here on Google and can see it's a consistent issue. The girl yesterday took a long time on purpose and ignored everyone. Even said "I'm about to just clock out and go" to her coworker and she was cursing. Told us it would be 25 minutes for pretzels while her coworker behind her held up 10 fingers saying it would only be 10 minutes. What is wrong with these people? How do you mess up pretzels?"

"Bad service, they intentionally only make small sizes instead of the larger sizes to turn an extra buck. Ie you can't buy regular sized stuff, but only three mini or smalls ayy a premium price. When asked for regular sized pretzel cup they refused and said they only have/will do small sizes. They also couldn't make a regular size from the small cups. Disgusting behavior, high profit seeking. Avoid"

"Went today to order a pretzel. I was the 6th person in line an the girl with dark hair behind the counter ignored all of us for about 10 minutes. When she started waiting on people her rudeness was off the chart. We were a bother to her. The guy in front of me ordered the pretzel nuggets she said they weren't ready for about 5 minutes an he told her that was OK. Then he mentioned that it looked like they were ready as another worker was cutting them up. She very rudely said to him and I quote I'm not selling you them until I get them all packaged and in the case. He didn't know what to say. I ordered a pretzel and she ridley told me my total an when I was praying yelled over me for the next customer an slammed my pretzel on the counter. Also the whole time we were in line other girls not working kept walking behind the counter. No hair nets no gloves on any hands. It was disgusting"

"Even though they didn't have the pretzel wrap weiner, I'll give them a 4 stars. The reason why is because that line was very long and the attendant was quick helping them. She was very friendly! You cant deny avery time is not good cus I would sit there waiting for my flight and people on line there would come come and go quickly. Thank you!"

"Unfortunately, my recent visit to Auntie Anne's at the St. Louis airport was marred by poor customer service. The staff, consisting of two women, were unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. Despite my attempts to engage them, they seemed disinterested in assisting customers. They dismissed me saying they had nothing and anything would take 20 mins. This 20 mins lasted about an hour and a half where one woman just kept to herself on her phone and the one in the kitchen spent thrice the amount of time to get the same amount of work done. This behavior was disappointing and did not reflect the service standards one would expect, especially in a busy airport setting. I love Auntie Anne’s and most of the staff in other locations have been wonderful. I hope the management takes notice of the numerous bad reviews already left by customers and implements measures to improve customer service."
