"Very disappointed in the wait time. I understand I came in during the lunch rush and was waiting for over 25 minutes still no food in hand. I ask how much longer it would be, just to be told 10 more minutes. I only ordered one 6 piece wings and fries"

"This restaurant is actually situated in a convenience store. The staff was nice enough and my food came out fast. However, I was disappointed in some parts of my food. I ordered the fried catfish (2)and chicken combo (4), which comes with fries. The catfish was delicious and fresh, and unlike other chicken joints, they gave me two pieces of white bread, plenty of pickles and onions. The fries were decent. But the chicken wings were awful. They tasted very old or like they'd been cooked in old, filthy grease. Also, they were hard. I also asked them how much ranch dressing costs and it is a $1! Unbelievable. I will try them again and request fresh chicken or just stick with the fish."

"Excellent food, service and more. I've been blessed to go there for the past 5 or 6 years and I've never had food that disappointed. Prices are more than reasonable and portions are always to my satisfaction. Seriously if you're looking for a great lunch, dinner, or snack.. Pops Kitchen is the place to go!!!!! I tell everyone!!!! "DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. I should’ve taken the time to read reviews before I went here. Its many many reviews stating how the chicken was old, hard and horrible. I was served old hard chicken that the dogs didn’t want. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I will tell everyone I know NOT to patronize this business. The owner was rude and didn’t want to take responsibility of serving chicken that was not edible."

"Never knew about this spot until my coworker told me. It’s a convenient store and restaurant. U can pick up your Amazon packages here also. I ordered 8 wings with fries and pop. It’s even ice cream here .. yummy!!"
