"Ordered in drive thru lady was rude since I pulled up and she started talking, I was told I didn’t know how to order after saying I wanted two eggnormous burritos one no sauce with double bacon and one how it comes, she wanted to keep going on about how I wasn’t ordering correctly, I told her she needed to relax. That was it, wasn’t being hostile and just wanted to order my food without being talked down to. She started taking my order off and started taking the car next to me. I go there all the time no issues, if she doesn’t want the job there’s a few doors she can walk out of. My co worker went back half an hour later and this time was actually able to get the food only for it to be wrong. Amazing way to start the day can’t even get food at a fast food restaurant."

"Horrible Customer Service. The managers will belittle you for a mistake an employee made. They will escalate the situation instead of resolving it. I just mentioned an error in my order - was fine with it not being corrected. The manager proceeded to tell me I was too stupid to know what I ordered. When I ate the food - messy and unappetizing. I will never return to this location."

"This is probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to and I don’t go to many. Ordered a burger and 4 nuggets. The nuggets look more crusty than ET at Universal Orlando. Definitely old and we waited 20 minutes for that. Not sure what they do in the kitchen but it’s not worth your money at all."
