"We tried to walk up and order because the vehicle we were driving was too big to fit in the drive-thru. The doors were locked, and we thought we were out of luck until a worker opened the drive-thru window and said he could take our order. He was so polite, and the food was not only done super quick, but it was all there and absolutely amazing!!!! I have had plenty of other places turn us down due to not being able to drive thru the drive thru. But not here, they were great! I can't thank them enough!"
"I ordered online. I've been sitting here sitting at the window now for 21 minutes being ignored after telling them I'm here to pick up and haven't gotten my food. I ordered 1 combo, 1 xl fry, 1 burger, 1 order of mozzarella sticks. I'm now at 27 minutes of waiting and still nothing. Trying to get their attention and they continue to ignore me. All total it took me 40 minutes to get my food. The guy working didn't even say a single word when handing me my food. I will never go back."
