"I ordered online. Part of my order was not in stock at this store but I was never informed. When my order was delivered and my items were missing, I called the store to report the problem. They only offered to cancel my order and place the order again without the missing items. However, I used Apple Pay and since I couldn’t pay over the phone the employee told me that I was out of luck. This store stole my money and wasted 15 minutes of my afternoon on the phone jerking me around. The professional thing for the store to do would have been to call me when my order was placed and inform me that what I ordered was not available. If they had done this, I could have cancelled the order and placed it again myself online and still received my delivery within the timeframe I needed it. Instead I was charged for items not received and told that it was not their problem."

"Googled closest location to my daughter’s school and saw this one had 3.6 stars so I did not have high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean, EXCELLENT customer service, fresh food, and in and out quickly! Great job Keith who took the time to meet me and take excellent care of my order! Ignore reviews and make sure to visit this location!"

"Order delivery from this location frequently. Twice they have made my order incorrectly. Filed a complaint with management after they didn't put peppers or tomatoes on a spicy italian sub. Never received an email or acknowledgement of this issue. Would recommend supporting locations with management that actually wants to make things right when mistakes are made."

"Idk we haven’t as of late had food experiences with this location. Waited 40+ min for delivery when the location is 3min drive down my home, we wanted convenience so we chose delivery. The meat is minimal and just a bit discouraging, corporate possibly decreased the meat portion. $19 for these 3 items with delivery, discouraging for ordering in the future. A bit disappointed ☹️"
