"Worst popeyes ever been to!! Dine in closed, no sign on door, then sit in drive thru line for 10 min, start to order, then get cutoff because they have no chicken sandwiches!! WHY EVEN OPEN IF U DONT HAV ME THE ONE THING YOUR FAMOUS FOR? Will never be back!!"

"I've come a few times because it's so close or else I wouldn't have went back the extra times I have. It says a lot that I've only been here a hand full of times and just within that handful the experience has been mostly rude or them literally just not wanting to work like saying they have to close down during shift change for over 30 minutes (I called another location and verified if that's a thing and it's not) and in general thry have more hold ups. ...not just because they are cooking fresh, but a hold up. It sounds like door dashers don't even like coming to this location either. It's a shame. Can I sue for the service being bad for so long???? My times there have been spread out nearly over two years and I'm not shocked by all the horrible reviews but the fact that this has been going on so long its disgusting and means calling in does nothing, I won't even be contacting Popeyes on this, they do nothing, maybe it's the city of st. Charles i need to contact, Either way my sister is a lawyer for businesses and will be able to tell me if it's a thing or not, need it start as a petition, I will find out."

"I hope the woman that got attacked by the manager sues Popeyes. After the reviews left, this place has clearly had an issue with the employees that has never been addressed. I can only imagine what these employees have been doing to the food prior to this"

"I loved Popeyes, I’m going to say that openly, so I generally will excuse a lot because I enjoy the food….usually. This location never has anything, half the menu is off because they are “out”. The food is always dry and cold, and generally unpleasant. Hilariously, to make this dry cold chicken any good you will want sauce. However, this store hands out sauce like we are in the Great Depression, or entirely fails to give you any. This last visit was a total nightmare, and I will not be back. Edit: just went to eat this mess…. This tiny little thing is what my 5 chicken tenders looked like….this was 12$ with of food. What an absolute joke."

"This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. First thing I go through the drive through and nobody responds. I drive around to go inside and a worker is sitting in her car smoking a cigar with her headset on and says the inside is closed. I go back through the drive thru. I wait a couple minutes and they take my order. Then they tell me you have to have exact cash or card. I get my food and it looks like the chicken has been sitting there for hours. I brought it home and my wife threw it all in the garbage. I don’t even think it was edible. I’m not sure who is running this place but it’s a brand new building that if someone ran properly would make money. I will never go there again. You’ve been warned!"
