Donutology

"I would give 0 stars if it was possible. The environment of the shop is not one I would recommend to any customer. I have been in a couple of times and each time, the staff has seemed depressed and acted like they hated their jobs which is something that very poorly reflects the business and management. If your employees seem that miserable, I’m not going to pay for ridiculously overpriced donuts. The donuts are tasty sure, but the price is not worth it for how negative your experience will be. A business like this is selling an experience more than the actual product, which is fine but if you’re going to have a business model like this, then you better pay your staff accordingly and you better treat them right. The staff seems incredibly unhappy and put up with a lot. I’ve never really seen the same people in there either, lots and lots of employee turnover sure does reflect poorly on management and ownership. I’ve never seen the owners in the shop, just on the social media. But maybe it would be a good idea for them to work in their shops for a change so they better understand and appreciate what their employees do, maybe then will the staffing situation improve. I hope you’re paying your poor staff a fair wage."

"We recently visited Donutology and we were very impressed with the food and service. We ordered mini donuts, and we tried a variety of flavors. All of the donuts were delicious, but our favorite was the sprinkled. The donuts were perfectly cooked and were very light and fluffy. The flavors were also very well-balanced. The service at Donutology was also excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and she made sure that we had everything we needed. This was our first time visiting (we are from Nebraska). We also appreciated that the donuts were made fresh to order, so we didn't have to wait long to get our food. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Donutology. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. We would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a delicious and unique donut experience. We will be back!"

"Walked in a and noticed quite a lovely atmosphere, they have a fun feeling the moment you walk, pleanty of seating their tables could use a little work on stability but overall a 9 out of 10 for atmosphere. Customer service was extremely on point 10 out of 10. I tried their mini donuts they have 9 different flavors and I tried them all. Trying somthing a little different so check out my videos for a rating on each of them. I tried their signature coffee blend a roasterie blend special for this shop and enjoyed it so much I bought a bag to take home. 8.5 out of 10."
