"Update to my rating and to below previous review: I did go back in as they offered to make it right. I did not mention this review or the situation as to not receive special treatment. They absolutely crushed it, everything is correct, delicious, and store incredibly clean. Will be going again. My one bad experience must have been a fluke on that particular day. Great place for a sub to dine in or to go. Highly recommend, thanks which wich team! Previous review: Friendly enough but didn’t get simple order correct. Ordered a straightforward chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich with lettuce. Overcharged me for a roast beef sandwich instead and left the cheese and bacon off the sandwich entirely. Pretty disappointed."

"Since the new owners took over in July 2023 there has been a significant improvement. Service was great and professional. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great tasting and hot!! 10/10 would recommend!"

"There was a bit of a wait and it's not exactly cheap, but it's absolutely worth it. Everyone working was nice, the signature Wicked was an awesome sandwich, and their shakes rank up there with the best like Five Guys and Culver's. Pretty impressive range of options too. Definitely a must try!"
