Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"I came to Freddys very hungry and I was confronted by a journal manager named Dalton. He asked me what would you like tonight he was very courteous and he says you’ll love my hamburgers. The french fries are hot and they’re excellent so I took his word and he presented me with a double hamburger, hot fries, and a smile I can only say thank you I wouldn’t go any place else other than Freddys thank you and you have a good evening and I’m not hungry anymore."

"Brand new store with a full menu that does not actually serve everything on the menu. Don’t go to this particular Freddy’s. The manager offers nothing but condescending remarks instead of offering an option. Paid for my meal to learn that they no longer serve it due to manufacturer. Why am I still able to order?? Wow. Terrible customer service."

"Do you like cold burgers and fries and a minimumof 15-20 minute wait (drive thru)? Well you're in luck because this is the one Freddy's location that can grant that wish. Dear management at Freddy's franchise location Ellisville, Get better soon! We know you're not sick, just get better at the one thing that you are here to do (fast food). Please!! The food is really good and the quality is there, but everything else is missing. PLEASE DO BETTER!"

"If you have not been to Freddy's you are missing out. Everything was great. From the burgers to the hotdogs, chicken sandwich, the fries ,and the custard treats. You won't be disappointed. Plus they serve Pepsi products"

"My first time here, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and received what maybe was supposed to be a chicken sandwich??? Service was not great. Not sure if I’ll be back"
