"Came in to pick up a doordash order and the staff were great! The food was ready and they made sure I had everything. They also seemed to get along and it overall seemed like a friendly environment."

"I ordered the box and a 4 piece original box all dark. Got 4 wings, 1 breast and 3 tiny legs for $34.00 and all cold. Never go there again. No wander why they were not busy on a Saturday night. I didn't think you could get any smaller piece s of chicken if you tried. They would not even answer the phone when I called! Not to professional."

"Pulled up to order at the drive thru a little before 8pm on a Saturday. The woman asked what we wanted, and as soon as we said we will be a minute she replies with we only have bone in crispy chicken. Why wouldn't you just start with that instead of asking us what we wanted? We confirmed that there were no fries or sides or sandwiches and she no.... no other explanation."

"This place should be shut down from health department for sure. Multiple times ordered, every time a disappointment. Everything from Never having the item ordered,to the wrong item given,charged extra,to over dried and sitting out all day to getting sick from eating. Our family is Done with this particular place. Never had these issues with any other one but this one. Even our door dash driver was done with pickup at this location,who lost out on multiple other orders because of the extra wait and wrong items. So disappointed and reporting to bbb along with All the social media."

"I ordered lunch here. Found out the dine-in was closed (apparently as is everything on Jungermann all of a sudden). That wasn't a big deal, whatever, so I went thru the drive-thru. I ordered a chicken tender combo lunch with mac n cheese as the side. I asked for a lemonade, the lady rudely said they were out of lemonade, so I asked for a sweet tea, to which she said they only had raspberry tea, odd, but I said ok, and was asked to pull up. I was practically thrown the food through my car window when I pulled up. She couldn't get me out of there sooner. She handed my drink and card soon after rudely and did not hand me a receipt (probably to avoid my disputing what happened next). As you can tell by the picture, I didn't even receive what I ordered. I got fries as a side instead. There were no biscuits included which should have been, and not even a single napkin in the bag. Absolutely horrendous service. I don't expect much from fast food, but if you can't get my order right on a single combo, you should at least tell me if you're out of things instead of throwing me my food and sending me on my way. I now was overcharged for my meal, as I did not receive mac n cheese or the included biscuits. Just terrible!"
