"I used to love shopping here, but honestly it seems they've changed allot of the product they sell. This store is full of furniture now, and honestly the furniture they're selling isn't cheap. I used to shop here often, because they had a large variety of different products. Not so much anymore. Big Lots also used to be a great place to find cheap items because it's a close out store. Which means, they get items from different vendors at bargain prices. But, lately it seems they are switching over to more items that are furniture. I wouldn't recommend shopping here, because there are other places with better prices."

"Me and my daughter came in to just look around, and winded up getting a recliner. Two employees were nice enough to take it apart and help us fit it in the back seat of my car. They definitely went over and beyond to make sure we left happy. Definitely will be returning."

"The only good thing about our experience here was the Cashier. We had come into the store to buy a recliner that my wife wanted, but none of the ladies working the floor would help us. I actually made eye contact with one of the ladies and motioned that I needed help, she diverted her eyes and ignored me… This location is poorly staffed and I don’t see it staying open for long if it continues. Again, the only redeeming factor was the gentleman who was the cashier. He was awesome!!!"
