"I had a recall that Suntrup stated they would need my car for 4 hours to do the repair. I told them I would need a loaner car then as I need a vehicle for my profession. They transferred me to a voicemail to arrange the loaner car. I left a message and never received a call back. To more messages and an email with ZERO response. I called another Nissan dealership and they said they only needed my car for 10 minutes to do the recall repair. This other Nissan dealership has my loyalty as this isn't the first time Suntrup gave me the runaround."
"My new vehicle was delivered to me today. I am very pleased with it as well as the ease in the selection process. This was very efficient and there was not the high pressure that sometimes has occurred in the past. The salesperson named Kenan was very friendly and nice to work with. He also sent upon my original return home in my rental vehicle sent me a personalized video of himself saying to me Congratulations on your new automobile and it was very nice to be a part of your selection process. I had never had anyone ever do this before in the past and it actually I felt was above and beyond in the area of customer service. Jake also made the finance end run efficiently."
"I stopped in one evening with my son unexpected to purchase anything. Just looking for something a bit more practical with some more room for me and my 3 kids. We were browsing the lot when we were greeted by Oz, he was understanding and helpful. The location was closing soon and I apologized for showing up so late and even said I could come back during normal business hours when we had more time. He assured me that it was no big deal to him as long as I found what I wanted and was happy. I found a few options on the lot but ended up choosing the Hyundai Tucson. It had not been detailed or serviced yet so after meeting with finance I drove my trade in home and returned the next evening to do the trade and pick up my new vehicle. Oz followed up and checked me after my purchase. I am a tad bit over my goal on price range but for the extra space I needed and the warranty package purchased I think I made the best choice possible for me and my family."
