"I had a friend hit my car backing up over the holidays. I was calling to try and get an estimate. First thing he asks is what insurance will it work through. I told him for my friend was trying to work it without insurance. Immediately an attitude develops when I tell him insurance is not in play. So the guy says he will do an estimate for me if I guarantee he will get to do the work. I'm like that is why I want an estimate to see where he stands. The guy starts laughing? I'm like fine I guess you don't want my business. Evidently this is not a unique experience. See the review from Athena Morrow. "I hit a deer and did a lot of damage to our minivan. The insurance company totaled it, but it could still be driven. Concord Auto Body fixed what was broken, so much so the van looked better than before! They worked with us to keep costs down and fixed it before the holiday came! We were so pleased with their work and how they treated us. Would definitely recommend them."
"Ball joint broke after Concord performed alignment needed after suspension work. I was told that alignment performed and no issues to be concerned about. My 16 year old daughter was driving the car when it broke and thankfully no serious injury. Very disappointed that Concord did not advise of possible suspension issues due to uneven wear on tire or note “clunking” sound on test drive after alignment was complete."
