"I stopped by Dent Squad to get a quote on having a few small dents repaired on my Dodge Durango. The gentlemen assessed the damage fairly quickly and then called me back to talk to me about what he found. He gave me what I believe was his honest opinion as to the best way to repair the vehicle and unfortunately, paint-less dent repair was not it. I truly appreciate the honesty. It was explained to me that if they use there method of repair the damage (PDR) I could possibly cause more damage to the frame of the vehicle due to the locations of the dents. I was referred to another shop that they were familiar with to get a quote. I also want to make note that while I was waiting for the quote another gentlemen spent a great deal of time explaining the history of the company, how PDR was started, the original tools (which they still have hanging on the wall) and other information about the business. It is truly an interesting place and a business that they take alot of pride in! On the way out they also gave me and my son t shirts! Although Dent Squad was not able to help me I highly recommend others check them out and hopefully they are able to service your vehicle however, if they are not I believe they will give you their honest opinion and information that is best for your unique situation!"
