They’re super easy to work with and very upfront and quick when they find there’s something they can’t handle (and always have a recommendation of who they think can (which generally ends up working out)). Point being they’re not the kind of operation that’s gonna poke and prod and run up the parts and labor bill when it’s something they know they can’t handle as that’s not the business they’re in. They’re in the business of providing high quality auto repair and tire work and they excel at it. We’ve used other shops in the past, but there’s no one we’ve found who can deliver and is as easy to work with than the entire team over at R and G and no one we trust with our vehicles more. "I just got back from the shop, for the fourth time. The first time was to bring in my car to have the headlights replaced. The second time was to get back the car expecting a job well done, like what I got the first time with my tire. Greg, who seems like a nice guy, assured me all was good with my headlights. I was happy because it was finished on time. That is until I discovered that the front blinkers did not work. I had to bring it back to the shop this morning, being so nice about it, even as a failed front signal lights could have spelled trouble for me. So the third time I was there, I fully expected a flawless redux. But alas, I had to go back the fourth time, this time the left headlight did not work. Greg then told me he just gave the headlights a tap and everything was fine, maybe just some loose pigtail, he said. So he expected me to tap it every time? It turned out, the trouble was way more than that. Fortunately, I gave a knack for these stuff and solved the problem myself. At this point, I was convinced that somehow they did not want my business."
