"I went in for scheduled recall service. It took a very long time to get checked in. The loner car I was given had no gas in it (the gas light came on as I left the parking lot). I was told my car would be ready the next day. No one called the next day so I called them. After waiting on hold and being hung up on a few times I gave up. I called on day 3 and was able to get though. I was told the car would be ready on day 4. After getting my car home I looked under the hood an noticed they forgot a retaining bolt that holds the air intake onto the manifold. If they forgot this obvious thing I am afraid of what was forgotten inside the engine."
