"Cool place, although they will try to sell you the kitchen sink once you start buying a car in the finance office. Just stand your ground and don't try and beat them, and don't let them beat you. Do a win-win . Win for you and win for them, that's a fair deal. But if they won't do that, then make a deal somewhere else."
"Being extremely transparent about looking at other cars the sales man we were working with suddenly changed his attitude when speaking with us once were said we had some decisions to make and things to handle before buying. When I asked about interiors I was told “you can go look online when you’re ready.” Then promptly said he had to go look at something and walked off without saying anything else. We only ended up here because they had a Grand Highlander Platinum we could physically look at after going to another dealership and then not having one, but apparently at Jay Wolfe Toyota that’s an issue when you’re not willing to buy it that same day. (Definitely don’t ask about ordering one.) This is NOT how you treat potential buyers. Any possible sale at this dealership was lost. Doubling down on this review. The conversation I had over the phone with the sales manager was slightly different than his response. Maybe to try to make it seem like a one off thing, but he said over the phone that that wasn’t the case. He also said that he’s supposed to come and talk to anybody who walks into the dealership, however that never happened because the salesman walked off and said he had to go look at something the moment it was clear that we were not purchasing that day. This isn’t a a case of someone with poor hearing. This was a case of someone with a poor attitude. Poor hearing, isn’t an excuse for telling someone you can go look online when they ask for information about trim levels and ordering cars. He lied to the sales manager and told him that he needed to go grab the key from the car that we had just looked at and when we came we came back we were no longer there. I handed him the key first thing when we walked back in the building. He had already started walking away from us when he said he needed to go look at something. And this was directly after he told us, we could go look online if we had any questions. I have never been treated this way in a dealership. I’ve went to other places and had them sit down with me and go through the differences between trim levels, and what would work best for me all with them, knowing that we were not buying that day. So the excuse of poor hearing really doesn’t work here. The man barely answered any questions we had, and walked away from us once I tried asking more in-depth questions."
"Snagged a Halo white premium GR86 and extended warrenty. Excellent and fair pricing, did most of it over the phone. We agreed on terms and that same day I drove away with it! Their salesman are honest, the owner is a nice guy, and their parts department is excellent as well. 10/10 experience. Will only buy a toyota from these guys. (Picture of the car below)"
"I was experiencing a whole host of electrical issues on my older Toyota Highlander. As a last resort, I brought it into Jay Wolfe Toyota. Initially, they had some difficulty properly diagnosing and repairing the issue. The Service Director Scott took over the oversight of diagnostic and repair and skillfully saw the painfully tedious process to a final and lasting solution. His professionalism was wonderful. His knowledge/understanding of the inner mechanics of the electronics in the car was profound. And his level of service was outstanding throughout. I would emphatically recommend Jay Wolfes service department to anyone experiencing mechanical or electrical problems with their car as they will systematically work towards a conclusion with no stone left unturned. 5 stars"
"Unfortunately terrible customer service from the sales department. We ordered a brand new vehicle and it was missing certain additions that were supposed to be included in the order when the vehicle arrived. The sales rep promised to take care of it (at the dealers expense). Three days later he acted as though he never said it and tried to charge us. Once we injected and reminded him of his unsolicited promise, he said he would get it. It took 3 weeks and several complaints to Toyota and management to get the items. The vehicle is great but the sales process and service in all was trash."
