"Everyone at this facility offers friendly and courteous customer service with an exception of an associate from the past. Today was an experience I encountered with an evening manager that I find unacceptable. I merely inquired of the name of the daytime manager and when she would be available, to talk of a concern. I don’t know if the evening manager understood what I was expressing, but she aggressively reiterated “I’m the manager”, after repeating my inquiry of the daytime managers availability. Communication is a key component to customer service and in my opinion, she failed. I have my suspicions for her negative demeanor, but I can’t and will not rationalize anyones personal and/or unprofessional behavior. Nonetheless, she and the security guards badgering of me was totally uncalled for and I will not visit this place again. Again, 95% of the associates are awesome, but, I have to keep my dignity in spite of some peoples 1970’s way of thinking."

"I arrived here to get some gas and then I thought it was a good idea to go get a car wash since they had them available. I bought one of the tickets to get a car wash but literally nothing came out of the gas machine where I purchased it. Then, I had to go inside the gas station, wait in a ridiculous line to get my car wash code, AND go BACK to my car just to drive around and see an outrageous long line waiting for me. I purchased this ticket at 3:11 pm and FINALLY got to the machine about 40 minutes later. The car wash itself is a dinosaur and is the slowest car wash I’ve ever been in. It’s practically slower than a sloth. Thank you for reading. Never coming here for a car wash ever again."

"Ghetto place and service. Paid for a car wash and the pump didn’t print receipt. Went in and waiting in a 10 minute line. Ghetto female behind counter moving as slow as a human can move asking people ‘what do you need?’ Told her my receipt didn’t print…she responded by telling me she’s not a mind reader she don’t know what pump I’m on. Of course the ghetto course of people laughed. Well done. Great way to run a business"

"I really like this mobile on the run, it's fairly new, only a couple years old. I've noticed recently that they're not filling up the windshield fluid and there's no paper in the outside dispensers. Also, when I ask for a receipt nothing came out so I'm guessing they're out of receipt paper too. I'll keep coming here because of the gas and the good assortment of beer. But it would be nice if they'd fill up their windshield fluid and make sure their paper products are always available."
