"Very slow. Come on McDonald's speed it up. This McDonald's is horrible I just went there at 10:20 a.m. to get breakfast they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 and they said no no more breakfast they weren't doing no more breakfast I'm so aggravated I'm furious there was no one being held accountable for this The management team obviously does not care and McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves You've lost a customer I will never be back I hope you guys go out of business That's how aggravated I am you are constantly one of the worst McDonald's in town and believe me McDonald's in general is horrible anymore. Update went back there to try the new double Big Mac and give them another shot it's been a while The service was better and a little bit faster than that much but they were nicer Whole different crew obviously but the new double Big Mac was way too salty I couldn't even eat it it was that salty I don't know what seasoning they're using but it's way too much I won't eat one again I'm hoping the cook over spiced it but I don't know everyone else will make their own decisions The fish sandwich was horrible it was dry it was old you can tell I've been sitting there all day or half the day probably fries are half full The cookies were fantastic though The cookies were fresh baked I do recommend the cookies chicken nuggets we're okay they were a little old but they were acceptable so therefore my overall experience is still not good but it is an improvement since the last time I was here."
"I just want to give a very BIG KUDOS to the manager Steven. I sat in the drive thru ordering for my cousin who wanted to use her rewards. In the middle of me ordering the girl says, "I'm sorry we're in the middle of a shift change, one moment." We sat waiting for 10-15 min...I'm not sure what took place, but he apologized and corrected the problem without fuss or drama. You could tell he was surprised by what happened, but his demeanor was still calm and pleasant. He even gv me complimentary cookies for our wait. You NEVER get a human being with compassion for their paying customers when something goes wrong. And Steven was truly a breath of fresh air. THANK YOU STEVEN, MANY BLESSINGS TO U SIR, YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!"
"So I go to pay for my meal 6$ give the cashier a 10 she looks at it and says I can’t take the tender. Ok why? She go to a manager ok, right! My register won’t take it. And keeps looking at the bill and just says I can’t take it again . I take the bill back and see the strip. You don’t have a maker to verify it real. No. I payed with my card and go about my day. I literally took the bill to the bank to make sure it wasn’t a counterfeit. Just an old worn bill. I’ve had issues with this place before but always go back thinking it was just a bad day… no it’s the worst one I’ve ever been to…"
"I arrived at the restaurant at 6:27pm. There were cars in both drive-thru lanes. Lane one didn't move for 10 minutes, while lane 2 was moving. I decided to switch lanes. Then, lane two stopped and lane one started. I was stopped in lane 2 for another 10 minutes. I then, decided to try again with lane one and drove around to start over. When I reached the speaker in lane 1, I was told someone would be with me shortly. After sitting there for 20 minutes without anyone helping me, I pulled up to the first window to try to get someone to help me. After some confusion as to who was supposed to be working the window, a man finally came to help me. He couldn't find my mobile order. And after I told him I had been sitting at the speaker for 20 minutes, a female said that she was told not to take any orders. I informed the man that I had been there for 45 minutes trying to get my order taken. No one apologized for the wait and he kind of waved me off. This interaction was, hands down, the WORST customer service I have ever received. The service at this location has gone down significantly in the past year. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant on an almost weekly basis for more than 15 years. I have NEVER experienced such terrible service."
"The triple cheeseburgers are my favorite. I got the order with no onions and extra pickles. They take a table number. Mine was 101, the handicapped table. They refused to bring it to me and I was not able to walk. Another customer was nice enough to bring it over. They take no orders over the register. All kiosk."
