"Shady dealership. Beware. Takes 8 weeks to get a service appt. 5 days to do easy work and then find out the work never got done. Then to reschedule it's another 8 weeks to see the car. Needed 4 new tires. Said they match Tirerack. Nope. They wanted $1700 for 4 new tires. Bought them on Tirerack $699 and paid $125 to have Firestone install. More than double the price trying to gauge me. They don't return calls. Excuse after excuse. They have no business being in the luxury car business."
