"Wouldn't go back. Dirty grill and old fry oil. My Gyro and fries were all dripping with grease and meat was burnt and crispy. I ordered a cup of water with my meal and was charged $2.25 for an empty cup, then was told, "We don't got no water, so go over there" while the cashier pointed to the Chinese restaurant across the food court and I was told to go take their water. Standards and quality are likely low since their customers are likely tourists and not locals."

"Ordered a hamburger, when I noticed cheese on it I brought it to the staff's attention. The same young man who took my money at the cash register came over and peeled the cheese off wearing the same gloves that he used to check out the person before me and my order. Only one of the soda fountains worked and it was dirty. The food is cooked to order, and the fries are fresh."

"Food was alright had the cheessteak small meat portion for the money..And th grill was a little bit dirty young Man didn't get it cleaned before preparing my meal.So there was a few burnt chunks of old food in my meat.. Not very satisfied with that.Fries were alright a little colder than usual.. The service has went down quit a bit in the past month.. regular customer visit twice a week for about 3 years now..TOM . what happened to your awesome female workers? Sorry just wondering...??"

"I have been here a few times and I will continuing eating here. The staff is wonderful. The food is delicious, hot, and plentiful. The prices are extremely fair for made to order food. They have great Philly sandwiches and hot dogs. Also, try a double cheeseburger and fries. You will enjoy it and walk away happy. Seating is limited during the holidays but there are plenty of seating options down the hall."
