Wendy's 3118 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64111

"I go through the drive-thru and I order a junior cheeseburger deluxe. I get my burger and I go to eat in the parking lot and there's no cheese. I pull around to get a new burger made and the non-English speaking Hispanic woman hands me a slice of cheese through the window. You can't make this up. I told him I wanted the sandwich remade They made me another sandwich this time they didn't put any meat on it. It was literally a vegetarian cheese sandwich. Who the hell makes a sandwich that's called a cheeseburger and they don't put the meat on it"

"We had some terrible technical difficulties while in drive-thru and had to pull up for almost 10 minutes to solve them. When we drove back around to go thru the drive-thru the 2nd time we assumed our order would still be in the window. Instead it was at the counter and it had just began to furiously snow. Once inside the restaurant was deserted and vacant. It was not very clean at all. I wished I could have bypassed the lobby... It left a funny taste in my mouth."

"This Wendy's is horrible I wouldn't be surprised if all the employees were on drugs every time I go here they get my order messed up this time they forgot to give me a fry a 4 piece nugget my daughter's chocolate milk our sauces and our straws and we ordered online 15 minutes ahead of time paid and everything just to wait for them to make it when we got there. I just feel like the management of this Wendy's does not care about who he/she hires and puts in the kitchen to cook food for us paying customers. Someone should really contact HR and see if they can do surprise pop ups just to see how bad it is."

"I’d give them zero stars if I could. My order was completely wrong. Ordered 2 large fries and got breakfast potatoes. Ordered a hamburger kids meal with a chocolate frosty and ended up with a bowl of lettuce with a very old and cold piece of meat along with lettuce, tomato onion’s and pickles when it should have been just ketchup. The frosty was strawberry instead of chocolate. Oh and the large Coke Zero was just a water. This I’d not the first time either. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. If this is a corporate owned store, someone should definitely say something. Management needs to be fired along with the entire crew. Clean that place from top to bottom and start fresh!!!!!"
