"Please never let your kids work here, management watches you through the cameras and texts you all day what youre doing wrong, they sell 3 month old icecream, if the labor is low and the owner is working shes 100% fine with things not being cleaned probably cause she didnt want to have to help her workers (meaning youre eating in a dirty environment) i have so many pictures and screenshots to back up my experience. Never eat here. Also to people complaining about the wait time, just know management refuses to schedule more people on so they dont have to pay more people!! Don’t necessarily blame the workers!"

"Made an online order that said ready for pickup 20mins later only to arrive and it not be ready. They said they didn’t have the ice cream I wanted and I said they could use another. I sat for 30mins while they made everyone else’s order even those that walked in and an online order that came. I had to make myself known again even though someone asked me if I was waiting on an online order but still didn’t make it. Then when my order gets made it’s not even made the right way. The staff is very young which isn’t a problem but their customer service skills suck. They curse out loud, call each other the N word among many other things. Never going back to this cold stone.!"

"I went in at 3:30 I didn’t get out till 4 o’clock. There was only one person behind the counter doing the work got my ice cream home getting ready to enjoy it and there’s hair running through the ice cream."

"Great experience! Tarah, Marshall, and Morgen were all phenomenal. The line moved very efficiently and the staff was super friendly. I came in with someone who had a nut allergy and options available were given to us, along with that they had grabbed a seperate container and clean tools for the ice cream to prevent any risk of nuts being on the utensils! Will 100% return here!"
