"This is our neighborhood, out of the way refuge. Bars will be bars BUT, we prefer to enjoy the bar atmosphere without the loud and annoying atmosphere. This place may have its moments at night, but as we go in the day, it is always much more refined, with classier clientele and respectful, mature staff as compared to MANY other KC establishments. Kudos to the cooking staff as well, as the food here compared to other The Bar locations, is much better. Also, the 10 AM brunch is a saving grace that is much appreciated. I tip 30-60% quite often, and they always deserve it here. Keep up the good work management, staff, and the chosen clientele."

"This is a sports bar. However, atmosphere wise, they do decorate for each holiday! But since a sports bar it can get a bit noisy. That being said every time we've gone it's been great. If you're trying to watch a game there is a TV within view of every seat. The prices aren't bad at all the service is casual and pleasant, the food, being standard sports bar stuff is good."

"The nachos sounded good and they were better than I expected. My partner not the wings and he said the were some of the best he has even had. They had a great selection of drinks from cocktails to cans and on tap. Will definitely be coming back"

"Went here for the AFC Playoff game..wow what a blast and what a fan base..very energetic and FUN!! GO CHIEFS!! Service was phenomenal although the place was packed...nice menu and beer selection..quesadilla was a 7/10..seating at the bar as well as a lower level..TVs for days and the KC vibe is insane!!! On a corner in a neighborhood if you will..just an amazing spot. Had a blast..thanks guys!!"

"Burgers (pictured with fries and tots) and Impossible burger (pictured with sweet potato waffle fries), were good, large beef patties! I personally don't care for that type of French fry (limp/soggy). The tots and sweet potato were good. Service was very friendly. Went on a Wednesday during noon hour, they weren't busy. Lots of TVs in this place, I bet it's good during sporting events. Oh, I heard their BLTs are excellent."
