"GREAT BUSINESS!! Owned and operated by a married couple, Amy and Ben. They provided top notch service and amazing customer service which created a great experience! I am more than pleased with the ceramic coating they applied to my windows! My cat is like a night and day difference! The window tint comes with an invoice warranty that protects your product against damage, and a free broken window deal. Also, the warranty will transfer from owner to owner! This is a great feature! "First off the front desk lady Amy is super nice. And the tint job is okay. However whenever I picked up the car there was a scratch in the passenger door that wasn’t there before. Also the seats in the back were stretched out and there were black finger pints on the seat and on the door panel (white interior brand new car). Along with small bubbles in the tint. Yes, most will come out but some definitely have a fuzz or dust spec stuck underneath. Those aren’t coming out. I brought it to the owners attention. He immediately begun to deny that he was ever in the back seat and stated he tinted it himself. He even offered to show me video footage. But later he admitted that him and the front desk attendant Amy were in the back seat. He continued to say there was no way he could have scratched the car.. He raised his voice and challenged the fact he couldn’t possibly have damaged the car in anyway. This is the worst customer experience I’ve had to date. Very disrespectful owner. He ended up buffing the scratch after a heated argument. You can still see it but it’s much better. Overall I wouldn’t recommend. After my experience I can’t believe this place is rated so good."
