"This place is horrible. They served cold food, and we only ate one wing, which tasted so bad. It had a peculiar smell and smelled terrible. They were short on staff, and there were only two people working. We didn’t even get a drink; we had to wait basically one and a half hours."

"We've been to this restaurant a handful of times in the last year. It's been going downhill fast. This last time was the worst dinning experience ever for me and my family. Service was slow, food took forever, food was cold, messed up my wife's food (which she didn't get back till we were all done eating) and the bathrooms were really bad. We almost walked once we got the food because it was cold and took so long to get it, but we were very hungry. We're NOT planning on going back there. Very bad!"

"We stopped in for a late night snack and to watch some fights. The food was delicious. The queso, guac, and salsa were top notch and the pretzels were nice and soft. The only problem we had was the service. Our server was nice but took forever to get our drinks and she only had one other table. She also didn't know what an old fashioned was which I found weird at a sports bar. Nonetheless everything was good and we enjoyed the food."

"Hey, I still tipped my guy like 18%-19%. BUT I gotta say the service was straight atrocious. Like BAD bad. Our server was nice and all but slow and distracted. Food came out in very weird intervals, and he didn't come by very much at all. Food wasn't warm either. It got to a point where I just really wanted to leave, but I had to wait forever for him to take my money. Like talk about TRAPPED. I didn't want to steal or leave him hanging. Two thumbs down for tonight, and I won't be back until I want to get disappointed again. Ok, thanks bye."

"Good service. Clean, remodeled building. And all the same old wing sauce flavors you’d expect at a BWW. Went with the boneless this go-around because it’s more food than you get with the traditional wings, but I’m finding myself wishing I had gotten the traditional. It just tastes better! I wish the traditional wings weren’t so much more expensive per piece than the boneless, but I can’t fault this location for the company’s business choices."
