"I love stability and this Jimmy John's provides that. You can ALWAYS count on the most disrespectful behavior. A poorly, and usually incorrectly made, sandwich is also a consistency here! Tonight I even got the craptastic sandwhichmaker's hair in my sandwich- goodie!"

"Waited 30 minutes for a handful of sandwiches because they were busy making a large online order. They said nothing about having to wait when we ordered with no one else in the store. Will never go back to this location. They offered to give us fountain drinks, as if that’s worth 30 minutes of our time."

"I love this Jimmy John's and the staff there. Nick, the manager is high quality and is always surrounded by a hard working crew. They are well treated and very loyal. They handle a massive load of sandwich orders from the surrounding offices, so you need to plan that in if you come right at lunch hour. The tea is always watered down, that's my only downer. I think it's something with the machine. I don't know how it could possibly be fixed, but if it were stronger, I would probably eat here twice as much!"

"When I walked in, I was the only customer present. I ordered. Apparently right ahead of me were two online orders of 20 or more sandwiches each. Rather than make mine in the line, they dutifully worked the online orders. More people showed up. By the time I got my sandwich 20 minutes later, there were 10 people waiting. This was so stupid. A dining room full of folks waiting, but do nothing but online orders first. It'd be like a Starbucks not doing any orders inside until the drive thru was clear. And shame on me, because this is the third or fourth time this has happened here. I gotta stop going here."
