"Used the app. Went to two different stalls and no one answered. Went through the drive-thru to find out they had itbready there vs the app told me to usa a stall. Food was ready at 2:50 and they finally gave it to me at 3:09. I told the girl the difference in time and she apologized she was amazing and super nice longer brown hair white woman. But the two girls looked so swamped and there was just no way they could do it all on their own. More staffing or let customers aware of an app disfunction. Thanks ladies for the work you did!!!"

"I had to go through the drive-thru after waiting for almost 30 minutes in one of the pull up stalls. The employee was really not apologetic as it looks like this is business as usual at this location. Other Sonics in the area have been great, but I would definitely avoid this one at all costs."

"I ordered ahead on the app, and it took me 5 minutes to get there and then checked in at the drive-thru and then waited another 5 minutes at the window for my drink only to be greeted by a rude employee. What's the purpose of ordering ahead? Goofy. Don't go there."

"Pretty disappointed that the toaster was not toasted, and that extra bacon apparently means the normal amount of bacon. I've had better food from this location in the past but it's been a while."

"Sonic is always a hit or miss. This one was pretty good, food came quick and was fresh, but as always no condiments were offered or given. I had to walk up to the kitchen and ask for some, other than that great!"
