"I have never had a bad experience here. Food quality is consistently good, their hibiscus tea is phenomenal to the point I would go there just for it if I could, the service is fast and efficient, and I just love how colorful my bowl is before I begin eating it. :) Similar to Chipotle in how it is organized, but I love how you can see how many calories you're getting with each additional item in-store, and for a while they had the positive boosts each item gives your body as well (last time I went, these weren't up though so I wonder if they took them down?) Inside, they offer a free cup of miso soup near the utensil dispensers, and they use sugarcane for their teas and lemonades!"

"This place sucks. Last time I ate here I had bad quality chicken. So chewy and disgusting. Tonight I decide to give them another shot and they give me brown avocado. Half my bowl was one massive piece of broccoli that was all stem and chewy beef that sucks. Their flavors are awful. I genuinely believe this place is the worst restaurant in KC."

"Bibibop was incredibly clean and the atmosphere was so nice. I love that there are so many options for everybody no matter what your allergies are. The restaurant is 100% gluten free, which I appreciated a lot. Everything was delicious and the service was incredible. My husband got the sweet potato noodles and I’m going to have to get those next time because they were incredible. There’s free miso soup which was very nice and mild but the tofu in it was incredible."

"Amazing cuisine! Select your base, the toppings, sauce, then protein. Sooo good. If you're uncertain, select from one of 4 chef options. Seating is great, which includes booth options for privacy!"

"Quickly becoming one of my favorite lunch spots. Each bowl is quick, easy, filling, flavorful, fresh, and customized! Nice options for a vegetarian or vegan meal and meat-eaters too. Depending on your selections, one bowl could make two meals. I like that you can get a mix of both greens and starches as a base, then customize further with hot and chilled toppings and sauce. At the end of the main food line you can request added items like sesame seeds and kimchi, sometimes for an additional cost. Swing by the self-serve counter for utensils extra sauces, and miso soup (which I believe is a trial item that may be added to the menu, very salty) at no extra charge. The specially fountain drinks (iced teas, lemonade, etc.) are a nice treat. Depending on time of day it may be harder to find a comfortable seat, but it's very easy to get an order to go. The app seems to have a decent loyalty rewards program for free drinks and discounts."
