"Ordered a surf and turf with soda and ranch and have been told by other popeyes that cocktail sauce comes with it no matter what. Got home and didnt have the correct drink, didnt have ranch or cocktail sauce. Had to eat everything dry. Had this happen a few other times at this location but always brushed it off. But this happening consistently is unacceptable. And to add on when you are in drive thru you are waiting for far to long to place your order without employee telling you they will be with you in just a moment. Have yet to have a good experience at this Popeyes!"

"Ordered two sandwiches and two 6-piece wings. Arrived home and only received one sandwich. Called the store and was told to come to the drive thru. I replied I'm already home and that wouldn't work for me today. I then was hung up on. Called back and told them that's nice that you consider hanging up on people acceptable. Rude staff. Will not be returning."

"This Popeye’s has been open long enough that I remain disappointed each time I visit and here’s why: - of the five times we’ve been, they’ve gotten my order incorrect…five times. A 2 piece meal that should’ve been a 3 piece (twice!), missing orders of extra biscuits (twice!), a spicy sandwich that should have been plain, missing sauces…it’s usually something trivial, but it’s always inconvenient and not what we paid for. - every time I’ve ordered in their app, and every time there is immense confusion at the ordering box in the drive thru, as if I’m the first person to have used the app - most times I’m asked to just pull to the window where they ask again. This last time, they had me review the ticket to be sure it was right (and then STILL didn’t fulfill it accurately as printed) - all but once I’ve been asked to pull forward to wait for my order. Which is totally normal. But then it’s always a long wait - tonight it was literally 15 minutes. For a sandwich, some tenders, fries, and biscuits. The first time or two, I excused it as new store growing pains. The third time and following I had to submit a support request in the app (pro-tip: do this). It’s gotten to the point where it’s clear there’s a broken system or serious training issue, perhaps both. My advice: check your order before you pull away, and don’t be shy about using the credit-and-refund-giving chatbot in the app. TL;DR: the food is great when you finally get it and if they get it right, but dang they’ve got issues."

"Alejandro is excellent and provided great customer service. Some of the best Popeyes chicken I’ve ever had, perfectly seasoned and fresh and crispy. The red beans and rice and mashed potatoes were excellent as well."

"Ordered 4 pieces of chicken with fries and red beans and rice. Also ordered chicken strips with fries and 2 apple pies. The chicken tasted old like it had been sitting for a while. Popeyes is always inconsistent, and I will not be going back. I love the flavors, but the old chicken, soggy fries, and bad customer service, it just isn't worth it. We shouldn't be eating fried good anyway. It's not good for your heart health. I say make a healthier choice."
