"The absolute worst McDonalds. I went through the drive-thru, during lunch. When I got to the window I received the bad news that they were sending me to the dreaded 'parking spot 2' to wait for my food. I was the 2nd person in a spot all others were empty. #1 got his food. Then 3, 4, 5 and so on. It is not a stretch to say at least a dozen people got their food who all went through the drive-thru after me. Finally, I got my food absolutely LAST! No one left in drive-thru spots and the fries were cold. How in the world could the fries be cold during lunch time when I waited 10+ min. That, by the way, was after 7-8 min in a line of only 6 cars ordering. Horrible service. I threw away the fries and ate some of the luke-warm filet-o-fish. I should have paid attention to the 1.5 stars from 41 reviews that was on Apple Maps, from Yelp."

"Horrible. Check your fries before leaving the drive thru. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore. The last several months when ordering a large fries, they have been served HALF FULL. Half the time, my special order (no pickles) is served WITH pickles. I’m always in a hurry when going thru the drive thru & forget to check these things before driving away. I’m sick of it & wont be returning to this location again. The thing is, I can order a pick up order from a GOOD restaurant like Chevy’s nearby for almost what fast food costs these days - and it’s made correctly with fresh ingredients, larger portions & you never receive half of what you pay for."

"Ordered Large Iced caramel macchiato w/ extra syrup. Their large cup is now the size of a small, way too much ice. Half the time they don't put in the extra syrup and the other half it just tastes like milk."

"I can't give it a ZERO stars so here we are. Let's start with the last time I was at this lovely establishment. The date, 1/9/24, the order a 10 piece mcnugget meal AND a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. What I RECIEVED was 2 10 piece Mcnugget meals. Called up and spoke to a woman who didn't provide her name but gave me a code for my next order at this LOVELY establishment for 2 free meals. The code? Bubblegum254. Why am I putting that on a public site, because IT DOESNT EXIST. So let's recap, wrong order and a fake free meal code. So now we're here for round 2. My wife goes this time and gives the "free meals" code and is surprised to find out its wrong, but she's at least given 1 free meal. That meal is a quarter pounder with cheese meal. It was in the bag this time but was it properly cooked. Nope. The inside was as pink as a school picnics cotton candy. I of course called again, this time asking for the woman who answers name. It's Amanda, and she's a manager there. Amanda emphatically told me how sorry she was and how the code my wife gave didn't come up and how she's had to get on her grill team MULTUPLE times today for not keeping their grill clean. She also tells me how difficult quarter pound patties are to make. Long story short, DO NOT EVER EAT HERE! THEY WILL MESS UP, GIVE YOU FAKE FREE FOOD CODES AND THEN MESS UP AGAIN. WORST MCDONALDS IN AMERICA."

"The lobby could have been cleaner, and the cashier couldn't get rid of me fast enough, but the sausage biscuit was nice and the lobby worker was friendly and made sure that I was okay."
