"I order as a delivery, bread was stale and hard to chew, they didn’t even give me the right bread that I ordered. But I might try this place again to dine in instead of delivery"
"I had tried to submit a large lunch order online for my office using a $50 gift card and the remainder on credit card. Since I needed to split the payment up it wouldn't allow for me to submit my order through the website. I tried to call in the order earlier in the day to not mess with the lunch rush, but was told they didn't have the capabilities to take orders over the phone and that I would have to do it all instore. Once I arrived, the afternoon rush came in right behind me. The 3 male workers did a great job taking care of my large order while still working with the customers behind me so I didn't hold everyone up. Would definitely recommend this location!"
"Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. First and foremost the worker didn’t know how much meat goes on a 12” sandwich. I asked for 4 pieces of turkey instead of 8 and I was told it came with only 4 pieces, so the management really needs to train their employees on what goes on a sandwich and the amount. Second in the middle of making the sandwich the employee began to ring the order on the register and didn’t change her gloves when I asked her to change her gloves she rolled her eyes at me. Being a former subway employee i definitely think this place either needs new staff or a better training."
