"Me and two other customers stood in front of the cash register for 5 minutes. Four people looked at us but no one came to take our orders. The manager was checking her phone and smiling. You have time to look at your phone. Then I spoke up real loud and said is someone going to take our orders. A person finally came over with a SOUR look. That’s when I just walked out. At a time when fast food is getting expensive, McDonald’s cannot afford to have employees with terrible attitudes."

"I pulled up to the drive through at 11:45, knowing that they close at midnight. I waited 5 minutes for my turn to order. The two cars ahead of me quickly order then I wait and wait. At 11:55, they turn off the menu screen. When I pulled around the kitchen was dark and I think the workers disappeared. Wry poor customer service. If they would have just said they were closing, that would have been fine. Instead they just ignored me. They’ve lost my business!"

"I recommend if you have a Mobile order just go during the day. I came to this location at night. Not near close either and was told that they only can do door dash. No mobile orders. No big deal. I don't care but I also called to store because I have to call the store for my refund and no answer. I called bout 5 times and got no answer and then the last time I got hung up on after they answered. I really can care less bout the food I really just want a refund. Doesn't seem to hard to ask"

"This morning, while heading to work, I utilized the mobile app to pre-order. Opting for curbside pickup, I awaited my food as the staff member approached but then walked away. I got out of my car and ran up to her, clarified it was my order, and received it. However, she advised me to utilize the drive-thru next time. I believe I did nothing wrong. If your app provides curbside pickup, I should have the freedom to use it at my convenience rather than being directed by staff preferences."

"Ordered two quarter pounders via the app, along with a few other things. The wait in line was ridiculous. Had I not already paid, I would have left. My order number was 1352 in the hopes the franchisee sees this. Both of the patties were raw inside. Had to fully cook both of them in a skillet in order to be able to eat them. Pretty nasty."
