"Marlon the branch manager was terrible and had a sassy attitude. We had booked a rental 2 months in advanced and we showed up the date of the rental only for there to be no available cars. He was not helpful and instead was being sarcastic clearly showing he did not care and it was not his problem. There were other people there too in the same situation, so it was not just us they did it to, but to other families as well. Save yourself the stress and go to a different location!"
